[Nashville, TN], March 10, 2026 TailorCare, a leading value-based care organization focused on improving musculoskeletal (MSK) health through predictive analytics, AI, and personalized navigation, today announced that founder and CEO Rachel Winokur has been named to Inc.’s 2026 Female Founders 500, an annual list recognizing the most innovative and impactful women entrepreneurs in the United States.

The Female Founders 500 honors leaders whose companies are driving meaningful progress across industries. This year’s honorees collectively generated $12.3 billion in revenue in 2025 and $12.2 billion in funding to date, demonstrating the growing economic influence of women-led businesses.

“I’m honored to be recognized alongside so many inspiring women who are building companies that challenge the status quo and create real impact,” said Rachel Winokur. “At TailorCare, our mission is to help people get the right care at the right time for musculoskeletal conditions—one of the most complex and costly areas of healthcare. This recognition reflects the work of an incredible team committed to improving patient outcomes and building a more accountable healthcare system.”

Winokur founded TailorCare in 2022 to address the fragmented and often reactive nature of musculoskeletal care. Today, the company partners with two of the nation’s largest health plans to deliver access to personalized, value-based MSK care across more than 2.5 million eligible commercial and Medicare Advantage members in all 50 states.

“Each year, we are increasingly amazed by the extraordinary leaders on our Inc. Female Founders 500 list,” said Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc. “Together, they’re showing all of us what trailblazing female leadership looks like.”

Honorees will be featured in Inc. magazine’s Spring 2026 issue on March 17. The full list is available at https://www.inc.com/female-founders/2026.
