What conditions can TailorCare help with?
Back and lower back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, hip pain, ankle pain, elbow pain, wrist pain, and issues with mobility and movement. Recent injury or ongoing condition — TailorCare can help.
Is there a cost to me?
TailorCare services are included in your Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield plan at no additional cost. No referral needed. You are responsible for any copays or coinsurance for visits to your physician, PT, or specialist.

Will my PCP be updated on my progress?
Yes. TailorCare will send a note to your primary care physician when you agree on a path forward and again at the conclusion of your care.
